Awatif is the Founder of Awe Horizons LLC, an innovative company advocating for great leadership skills. She is also the author of: Embracing Leadership, Not Dictatorship, a book exploring two styles of conduct, leadership vs dictatorship, and the legacy each style paves.

She defines leadership under three main pillars: People Leadership, Operational Leadership and Strategic Leadership; each pillar consists of certain skillsets required to become a holistic leader. Her company helps organizations strengthen their skills to create empowering and healthy workplaces gaining them a competitive advantage.

Awatif is a Fulbright scholar with fifteen years international work experience, ten of which with a multinational organization, British American Tobacco (Fortune 500), working for them out of Dubai (U.A.E.), Hamburg (Germany), London (U.K.) and Algiers (Algeria). She started her career in IT before moving on to business project management, marketing intelligence, HR reward analyst and Head of HR at British American Tobacco.

Awatif is passionate about organizations that are inspiring, motivating, safe and fun workplaces. She had the privilege to work in such environments and would like to see more organizations take the lead in employee development and engagement. She wants to share her knowledge and experiences to help both companies and their employees reach new horizons where tranquility exists between life and work.
