Brenda Dempsey is an award-winning Publishing Strategist, international speaker, and the CEO of Book Brilliance Publishing, where she helps entrepreneurs, business leaders, experts, and thought leaders transform their knowledge into books that build credibility, create opportunity, and leave a meaningful legacy.

After spending 25 years in education, Brenda founded Book Brilliance Publishing with the belief that every person possesses a unique brilliance that can influence lives, strengthen organisations, and contribute to the wider world. Her approach views publishing not as the final destination, but as the beginning of a broader journey involving authority, positioning, visibility, and impact.

Brenda has worked with authors across the world, supporting them in becoming recognised voices within their respective fields. Under her leadership, Book Brilliance Publishing has received multiple international awards, while its authors have secured keynote opportunities, media coverage, business growth, and wider industry recognition.

Her personal journey has been shaped by courage and resilience. Having overcome an abusive relationship, homelessness, and the challenge of raising four children while completing her university degree, Brenda understands how personal adversity can become a source of strength, purpose, and contribution.

These experiences inspired her belief in the power of an “I CAN” mindset and strengthened her commitment to helping others recognise their potential, share their wisdom, and step confidently into their purpose.
