Dr. Darcell L. Streeter
CEO, B. Her Global
Dr. Darcell L. Streeter is a scientist, global speaker, author, and a nonprofit CEO whose work sits at the intersection of human development, applied learning sciences, and women’s leadership. As a doctoral researcher in Applied Learning Sciences, she is bridging the gap between generative AI and culturally responsive design; further exploring how technology can serve multilingual, multigenerational, and historically underserved adult learners without erasing their humanity.
She is the founder of B.HER™ Global, a leadership development ecosystem for women, and CEO of The Women’s Circle, Inc., a 25-year-old nonprofit serving immigrant and underserved women in South Florida (USA). A Certified Nonprofit Executive through the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship at Florida State University, she also leads Positive Images Consulting (est. 2005), designing curriculum and instructional strategy across corporate, nonprofit, and community settings.

She holds an M.S. in Human Services, an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Leadership and Business, and a B.A. in Biblical Studies with dual concentrations in Pastoral Ministry and Church Teaching.
