Dr. Elena Baixauli is a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Associate Professor in the Department of Personality at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Valencia, and a distinguished professional with 28 years of experience across psychology, mediation, sexology, conflict resolution, criminology, and mental health.

Her academic work spans several leading programs, including the Master’s in Mediation and Arbitration, Master’s in Criminology and Security, and the Master’s in General Health Psychology. Alongside her university role, she serves as a Sexologist in Massamagrell (Spain), a member of the Conflict Management Committee at the University Clinical Hospital, and an Intrajudicial Mediator at the Valencia Court House Mediation Service.

Recognized for her contribution to peacebuilding and conflict resolution, she was awarded the Peace Outreach Medal in 2017 and considered among the 500 most influential psychologists in the world that same year. For six years, she also directed and hosted the radio program Mediando con Elena on ClickRadioTv, creating a wider public dialogue around mediation, psychology and social understanding.
